Impressive Silver Presentation Bowl HM 1938 25oz £600.00

Perfect condition very impressive heavy silver presentation bowl hallmarked from Birmingham in the year 1938.

It is hallmarked from Birmingham in the year 1938 with the makers mark being that of William Hutton & Sons Ltd, Its of excellent weight weighing 779 grammes or 25.05 troy ounces.

One side carries the City arms crest of Glasgow \' Let Glasgow Flourish\' the other side has the following inscription \' presented to Councillor Scott Adamson on the occasion of his marriage from his colleagues in the progressive party of the Glasgow Corporation 2nd June 1939\'.

Measures 7 inches tall to top of handles and measures just under 11 inches across the handles.
